In 2011, I founded DA GAVETA PRODUÇÕES in Brazil.
In January 2018, I founded DANS LE TIROR in Quebec.
My main goal is to help artists develop their careers and live their talent with all the experience that I had as an artist, myself. I am a writer, playwright, translator and cultural manager.
In 2013, I wrote my first fiction book “A window to nine children”, which traces the story of my grandmother told by the house where she lived. In 2014, I wrote and produced the children’s theater show “The Prince of Why” where I signed the script, the production, and the eponymous book. The show was seen by more than 12,000 spectators.
As a cultural manager, I worked in the soap opera “Belíssima” and the miniseries “Amazônia: de Galvez à Chico Mendes” on Télé Globo and in the plays: “Encounter with Fernando Pessoa”, “Stage difficulty of women”, “The devil dresses in the Sahara”, “Dona Flor and her two husbands”, presented in more than 30 cities across Brazil between 2007 and 2011, “The Mark of Zorro”, “Paparutas”, among others .
In June 2017, I was invited to take part in Glassco Translation Residency in Tadoussac where I made the Portuguese version of the Canadian play SIRI that had 16 presentations in Rio de Janeiro between November and December 2017. Now, in Quebec, I begin, finally, to find a new voice, in a new language, to show the things that populate my inner world.
In September 2017, it was held the premiere of the play I wrote with Florence Bobier, “Somos ici” at MAI – Montreal, Intercultural Arts. The play was presented in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish by LatinArte. Between November 2017 and March 2018, I was invited to participate in the Black Theater Workshop’s Artist’s Mentorship Program, where I wrote my first solo play in English “Disquiet”. In May 2018, I participated in Larry Tremblay’s master class at the 17th Jamais Lu Festival.
I have a bachelor’s degree in communication, a bachelor’s degree in screenwriting for cinema and television, a postgraduate degree in creation and production for film and television, an MBA in marketing and an MBA in tourism and business.
